Director of Title Agency

Are you read to head our new Title Agency Division?

Klein Morgan is a new company offering financial and real estate services to customers. We are currently looking for our Director for The Title Agency Division.

Job Description

The Director of The Title Agency will run and manage the division. Earn a solid base salary plus commission and generous management fee bonuses as the company grows.

All customers are provided by us. Our company generates Title Insurance customers through our real estate division. Agents are not expected to generate their own leads and customers rather service the ones that we provide.

We expect our Title Agency division to grow rapidly over the years to come and we need an experienced and talented individual who can lead and operate in a quickly growing company.

At the beginning, the Director will qualify company with the State and be the principle Title Agent. Director will help set-up the new division and will also have input into key decision making.

Responsibilities

• Qualify the Title Agency Division with State of FL as the Agent-In-Charge
• Participate in the start-up procedures for the division
• Help guide the direction of the division
• Help hire, train and manage additional Title Agents, Assistants and Processors
• Oversight and management of the division

Qualifications

• Very Experienced and Completely Proficient of Industry Knowledge
• Excellent understanding of Industry Rules & Regulations
• Leadership Skills
• Calm, friendly and patient
• The desire to be a part of something special that can help the public
• Clean Record and Good History
• Ability to qualify our agency with the Florida Department of Financial Services
• The Ability to Manage, Head, Run, Direct a Title Agency company

As the division director you earn a base salary plus commission and generous management fee bonuses as the company grows.

Flexible Schedule

While much of the job will take place in our office, as a division leader, you can have flexibility and work partially remote as needed.

We Provide All Customers

The job of our Title Agents is to service our customers. Our company generates customers through our real estate division.

You’re #1 in Charge

You are a division director, this is the highest ranking position for our Title Agency subsidiary company. You report directly to the owner.

Contribute to Direction

You will be able to have input and contribute to the direction of the division by working with company leadership and the owner.
