Majority Outpatient, but willingness / flexibility to work Inpatient also

Experience in outpatient needed; inpatient settings a plus

Job responsibilities : Evaluation and treat patients. Perform assessments, reassessments, progress notes. Clinic support as needed.

3-5 month assignment, possible extension

Coverage Hours needed : 40 hours / week; 5 8 hr shifts or 4 10 hour shifts; Hours of operation : Monday-Thursday 7 : 00a-6 : 30p, Friday 7 : 00a-5 : 30p

Meditech - will train onsite

40 hours guaranteed

Sidney, Ohio area

Ohio license or compact eligible required
