Must Haves
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
- Ideally 3-4 years of experience overseeing teams focused on RESEARCH and PROTOYPING - Ideally for AI / VR / ML related products
- 5 Years of experience as Technical Program Manager OR Technical Project Manager (must have managed multiple projects) leading cross functional teams
- Experience with Jira
- Strong communication skills Proficient English
- Ability to take lead and drive initiatives.
Responsibilities :
- Plan and oversee the timeline and resource allocation for technical projects across various functions including matchmaking, anti-fraud, and recommender algorithms.
- Track the progress and adherence to delivery timelines of the projects, identifying any deviations or risks.
- Proactively address potential risks to project success, coordinating with technical leads and individual contributors to mitigate these risks.
- Facilitate resource allocation for machine learning scientists and engineers across multiple projects.
- Enhance collaboration across teams, including partner teams and stakeholders on cross-functional projects.
Compensation : $40.00-50.00 / HR
