What You'll Do :

• Mainly responsible for backend server testing and improving the quality. Participate in system architecture stability improvement, including monitoring construction, load testing, Chaos engineering, and CICD.
• Responsible for building robust, high-quality test automation solutions for functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Responsible for automating test cases as well as writing reusable scripts / tools that help the team to reduce repetitive efforts.
• Proactive in identifying efficiency bottlenecks, researching and improving processes, tools, frameworks, etc.
• Participate in PRD review and architectural design review. Be aware of the business logic, system architecture, and inner functioning of the product.
• Work alongside developers as well as business stakeholders and strive to automate the acceptance criteria.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related fields from accredited and reputable institutions.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in backend server testing in software engineering-related industries with a deep understanding of system architecture, Middleware, database, MQ (Message Queue), etc.
• Experience with scripting / programming languages, preferably Python, Golang.
• Strong communication skills to effectively work with cross-functional and international partners.
• Equipped with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Strong self-driving force and quick learning ability.
• Strong concurrent task processing ability and efficient work output.

For Pay Transparency

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $151050 - $218500 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.

Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses / incentives, and restricted stock units.
