Project Engineer
Our client is a 5th generation company and leading detention equipment contractor specializing in new and renovation projects for correctional facilities across specific regions of the United States.
As a union contractor signatory to the international ironworkers, we pride ourselves on self-performing all trade-related work, including detention doors / frames, hardware, security glass & glazing, detention furniture, steel cells, and security barriers & enclosures.
This position is located in Noblesville, IN.
Position Responsibilities :
- Organize, prepare, distribute, and track : Submittals, Schedules, Field Binders, Closeout Documents, and project correspondence for assigned projects.
- Assist with pre-construction activities and bids.
- Support Project Management & Preconstruction Team in day-to-day operations.
- Manage miscellaneous projects, warranty, and service work.
- Aid in material procurement, warehouse staging, and site delivery.
Desired Qualifications :
- BS Degree in Construction Management or related studies
- Onsite Construction Experience
- Highly Proficient in Microsoft Suite Applications
- Proficient with Construction Documents
- Estimating & Scheduling software experience
