GPJ is looking for an Executive Producer, Integrated Production to support various client accounts. As the Executive Producer you will lead and manage the production of large-scale, complex experiences for our clients.
In this role, you will oversee (lead and manage) multiple components of projects simultaneously.
As an integrated and key member of our team, the Executive Producer will manage the client relationship and act as a strategic partner, resource and advocate at a very senior level.
You will be responsible for managing strategic vendor relationships, as necessary, and you will collaborate across all internal departments (creative, strategy, operations, finance, and production) in order to be successful.
Travel expected to be 20%- 40%.
This role is hybrid out of either our San Francisco or Los Angeles office location, requiring you to come to the office 2-3 days per week.

- Understand the strategic and creative requirements and objectives of the event and collaborate with department leads to ensure it is on point
- Manage the day to day budget and operations of the project
- Develop and manage timelines
- Oversee 3rd party vendor RFP processes with the procurement team and subject matter expert (SME) by category
- Coordinate and ensure communications, touch points, and processes with internal departments and services to bring the event to successful execution
- See beyond what is right in front of you (the immediate tasks) and comprehend the big picture the 360 view of the overall project in its entirety and make recommendations and adjustments as necessary
- Drive and track cost management and efficiencies through negotiation and strategic buying, cost saving and cost avoidance
- Digital production and work with the digital experience team
- EXPO design and production management, collaborating with Fabrication
- Graphics project management & production
- Communicate with and manage vendors
- In partnership with account lead, actively participate in monthly client-hosted strategy and status meetings and provide project status (including any areas of risk)
- Oversee the onsite execution of the event and responsible for post event deliverables
- Audit the status of the event, to ensure its on track with each of the area leads
- Event reconciliation with all area leads
Who You Are
Experienced Producer for Complex Experiences. You have a minimum of 12+ years of industry-related experience with multiple years of experience in event production.
You have been the lead producer of corporate events with an excess of 10,000 people in attendance, with budgets of at least $10M.
You have managed complex events incorporating live event production, digital and physical activations, expo components and ancillary events that altogether create an integrated, sophisticated experience, as well as digital and hybrid experiences.
Collaborator and Project Manager. This is an extremely collaborative and project-driven position in which you will lead end-to-end production for all event elements and collaborate with internal teams, including creative, strategy, operations, finance, and production.
Relationship Builder : You are an accomplished leader who strives to develop, maintain, and strengthen partnerships both inside and outside the organization.
You can build successful, trusted relationships with senior-level clients, including C-Suite Executives at large global organizations.
Trusted Advisor and Respected Manager. When you talk, people listen. Based on your knowledge, experience, expertise and skill base, you have become a respected manager of internal teams as well as a trusted advisor to client organizations.

Your ability to work irregular hours and travel based on client deliverables is required.
Salary Range : $140k+
Salary is dependent on a variety of factors including (but not limited to) experience, skills, and location.
