If you are a highlymotivated individual with business tax preparation experience andexcellent communication skills, we need you to help our customerscomplete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax Business products.

The successful candidatewill be responsible for managing complex business tax returns forPartnerships and S Corporations.

The ideal candidate will possess astrong knowledge of federal and state tax laws and regulations forbusiness and personal tax returns, as well as significantexperience in preparing and filing business and personal taxreturns.

What you'll bring

• Strongbusiness tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of taxlaws as evidenced by 3 or more years of recent experience preparingfederal and state business tax returns (1065 and / or 1120-S) for atleast 20 clients / customers per season for compensation, usingcommercial tax preparation software.
• Minimum of2 seasons of personal Tax Preparation experience, with a minimum of30 tax returns per tax year in a tax practice or retail setting forcompensation, strongly preferred
• Commit to aminimum schedule of at least 20 hours / week (minimum 4 hour shiftincrements) throughout the taxseason
• Bookkeeping experience with books to taxpreparation is strongly preferred.
• Experiencepreparing Business Tax returns for service industry customersstrongly preferred.
• Must possess or be able toobtain any related state licenses, certificates, permits, orbonds.
• Must possess an active Preparer TaxIdentification Number (PTIN).
• Working knowledgeof Circular 230.
• Proficient with technology;solid knowledge of computer operations andsoftware.
• Strong customer service skills -ability to interact with customers through video and audio tools ina professional, friendly, and confidentmanner.
• Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills
• Critical thinking, problemsolving, research skills, anddetermination.
• Ability to work in a fast-pacedenvironment with minimal supervision.
• Must have(or be willing to obtain) a dedicated hardwired internet connectionthat meets Intuit Security criteria and a quiet location in whichto work.
• Must reside in the UnitedStates.

How you will lead

• This is a virtual, customer-facing role; youwill be using our state of the art video communications software(Smartlook) to interact with customers.
• HelpTurboTax Business customers who are working on their tax returns orhave delegated their tax returnswith :

o Taxadvice

o Full Service Business return preparationand signature

o Product / softwareinquires

o Tax calculations

oFiling tax extensions

• Create highquality customer interactions and experiences that instillconfidence using deep customer empathy, and your extensiveknowledge and expertise in the field of business tax preparationand books to tax accounting entries.
• Utilizeand leverage government websites, professional resources, and teamexpertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customerusing everyday language.
• Apply definedpractices, procedures, and company policies to troubleshoot andresolve customer tax advice and tax returnpreparation
• Document customerinteractions
• Work continuously toward meetingcompany key performance metrics and Big BetGoals.
• Participate in pilot testing, projects,and experience validations, asneeded.
