BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Part Time CHHA Supervisor for our Essex, NJ Assistive Care offices. These offices provide best in class care to clients of all ages throughout the larger Essex & Morris County.

Responsibilities for Part Time CHHA Supervisor :
- Lead, inspire and motivate Bayada staff to provide exceptional care.
- Visit our Assistive Care clients to conduct assessments in Essex & Morris County, NJ
- Develop the care plan and oversee its execution.
- Supervise home health aides (CHHA) and other non-clinical staff in the homes.
- Facilitate new hire orientation.
- Conduct competencies on new and tenured staff.
If you’re a Registered Nurse (RN) with the following skills, then a RN Manager position could be your dream job!
- Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 or more years of experience as an RN.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Homecare experience a plus.
