Job Details :
- Full-time positions for the 2024-2025 school year
- Serve 1-2 school sites with the flexibility to select your preferred caseload (K-12th ages)
- Consideration for hybrid SLPs to work on-site and remotely for paperwork, or fully on-site SLPs

Requirements :
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state licensure or eligibility
- Preferably experienced in working with diverse student populations
- New graduates (CFs) are encouraged to apply
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address students' communication needs
- Conduct assessments, evaluations, and progress monitoring to guide therapy interventions
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and professionals to support student success
- Maintain accurate documentation and actively participate in IEP meetings
Interview Process :
- Initial screening call (10-15 minutes) with a dedicated ProCare Therapy Recruiter
- Comprehensive virtual interview (20-30 minutes) directly with the school
- Anticipate receiving an offer within 24 hours of the virtual interview
