Corporate Manufacturing Project Manager

Our client is one of the oldest and most recognized food and beverage companies in the state of Texas. They’re a mid-sized manufacturing company big enough to be secure, but small enough to foster a great family oriented, employee focused work environment.
They enjoy very low employee turnover. This opening is coming available due to the incumbent retiring at the beginning of the year.
You will be able to overlap with him for a couple of months so that you don’t have to start from scratch.
In this role you’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining predictive equipment maintenance programs. You’ll also be responsible for capital planning for + 2 manufacturing facilities and executing capital projects smoothly and within budget.
The minimum qualifications require a BS degree in Engineering, at least 5 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in a Food or Beverage processing plant and extensive knowledge of CADD software.
Experience with the design and improvement of P&ID’s is also needed. PLC and HMI troubleshooting and programming experience a plus.
Starting compensation for this opportunity is in the mid $100’s. Great company provided healthcare and other benefits, including matching 401k.
