Tonkin Gladstone Hyundai is a top-performing Hyundai dealership, located off SE McLoughlin Blvd. Our service department is busier than ever and to help with the extra workload, we are hiring a Lube / Express Technician to join our team.
This position plays an intricate role in our dealership! The idea behind this role is training and certifications. Many of our Lube / Express Technicians go on to become journeymen and master technicians.
The ideal candidate would have some automotive repair experience (does not have to be at a dealership) with a great work ethic!
Lube / Express Technician Job Duties
- Changing oil.
- Performing light express vehicle maintenance.
- Assisting the service department and technicians as needed.

Qualifications
Lube / Express Technician Qualifications
- Driver’s License
- Must have a stable work history, the ability to work full-time / flexible hours, and the ability to follow directions and stay on task.
- Prefer someone with a background in automotive and dealership or customer service experience.
Corporate hiring requirements : 18 years or older with a clean driving record, valid driver's license, able to pass criminal background and drug screen.
