This exciting opportunity as a Senior Project Manager - Post Merger Integration (PMI) is responsible for driving the successful integration of acquired global businesses into the Exyte Technology & Services organization.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Developing PMI concepts (Integration & value creation / synergies) including roadmaps together with the relevant business owners and function owners.
• Leading the integration teams self-responsively.
• Driving and executing all PMI tasks and initiatives including the realization of synergies.
• Close monitoring of and regular reporting on PMI progress.
• Regular reporting of PMI status on Senior management and Group-level.
• Build-up and implement PMI tools and best practices.
• Preparation of Management / Board decisions.
• Supporting business planning especially the identification of synergies.
• Supporting structural changes / restructurings and process improvement projects.
• Supporting special strategic projects and initiatives.
• Supporting M&A activities.

Show your expertise

• Master's Degree studies or MBA (e.g. Business Administration, Industrial Engineering and Management or comparable).
• 10+ years of operational experience in PMI, Finance, Audit, or Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) gained in relevant industries or business consulting.
• Experienced with large corporate organizations managing complex projects.
• Senior experience in PMI, Business Transformation or Carve-outs.
• Experience in construction / manufacturing industry, specifically semiconductor or biopharmaceutical / life sciences.
• Fluent in English, further languages of advantage.
• Experience and staffed with project management skills.
• Excellent analytical and conceptual skills.
• Fluent command of all MS Office Applications.
• Knowledge in semi-conductor and bio-life-science industry is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills (to efficiently interact with Management / Board level).
• Self-driven, assertive, flexible and cooperative.
• Cultural awareness.
• Prepared to travel and work nationally and internationally.
• Pragmatism / Hands-on approach.
