Sailor is seeking a prep cook to join the culinary team of our well-regarded neighborhood bistro located in Fort Greene, Brooklyn.
We believe that all the little things add up to something greater than the sum of their parts. We are looking for like minded individuals to join our crew.
Those who have the potential to excel in this role are organized, consistent, and detail oriented. They can apply knife skills, fish & animal butchery, culinary technique, and time management to complex culinary tasks.
We have plenty to teach to those that are interested in learning our recipes and processes.
