Provides technical direction on projects to department or project participants. Plans, coordinates and completes large-scale or several medium or small, complex or long term project(s) within budgetary and scheduling guidelines.

Maintains thorough knowledge of new developments and / or technology pertaining to the project(s). Monitors and recommends changes for improvement.

Position usually requires experience and an advanced degree, or the equivalent and in-depth knowledge in area of speciality.

Typical furlough schedules coincide with select national holidays, but may be subject to change. Suppliers will be notified by the CWP of those workers impacted and the applicable furlough dates prior to each furlough period.

Additional Job Details The HR Strategic Initiatives team is looking for someone to manage projects performing process improvement analysis and implementing a number of process automation solutions to improve business efficiency.

It is preferred that the candidate is familiar with IT Business Analyst activities. This role reports into the Juno Beach office of NextEra Energy.

Location : Juno Beach, Florida

Position Overview : NextEra Energy is seeking a highly organized and dynamic Human Resources (HR) Automations Senior Project Manager to manage projects under the HR Automations Program as part of the HR Strategic Initiatives team.

This pivotal role involves coordinating all activities to ensure HR automations are thoughtfully conceived, thoroughly vetted for technical feasibility, expertly designed to maximize business value, and delivered on schedule and within budget.

The successful candidate will work closely with HR stakeholders and the HR IT team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the HR Automations Program, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders and the HR IT team to identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
• Conduct detailed process analysis and documentation to support automation initiatives.
• Evaluate and recommend the appropriate technical solutions for identified automation opportunities.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Facilitate clear and concise communication between HR, IT, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, milestones, and deliverables.
• Ensure all automation projects comply with company policies and regulatory requirements by gaining approval from appropriate stakeholders.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience in project management, preferably with a focus on HR and IT integration.
• Strong understanding of business processes and ability to quickly learn technical language.
• Demonstrated experience in coordinating complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with project management software is a plus.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Microsoft Power Platform, UI Path or other similar automation platforms is a plus.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast paced team.

• This role is based out of our Juno Beach, Florida office.
• This position may be considered for conversion to a full-time employee role within - months based on individual's performance and business need.
