Business Systems Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Kforce has a client seeking a Senior BSA for one of their large enterprise level clients.Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with project managers (PMs) as the BA on critical projects within the credit and fraud portfolio
• Assist leadership with dashboarding and project management tasks, alleviating day-to-day operational responsibilities
• Create and maintain process flows, ensuring all reporting tools are up-to-date and accurate
• Utilize Nexus tools for continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI / CD)
• Develop and manage dashboards using Smartsheet, transitioning to MS Project, Tableau, and Power BI
• Work with PMs to ensure project data is accurately represented in dashboards
• Understand and manage API-related tasks, ensuring smooth system integration
• Provide documentation, test case planning, and use case development for high-profile projects
• Ensure all teams have the necessary test cases and user stories mapped out for successful program implementation
• Take initiative and responsibility to drive projects to completion with minimal supervision

REQUIREMENTS :

• Proficiency in creating process flows and maintaining reporting tools
• Strong documentation skills
• Familiarity with Nexus tools (CI / CD)
• Basic understanding of technology and APIs (technical enough to understand system requirements without needing to write code)
• Experience with Tableau or Power BI (Tableau preferred)

Nice-to-Have :

• Experience with SharePoint
• Familiarity with Smartsheets and MS Project
• Knowledge of dashboarding tools and project plan creation
• Ability to work with multiple teams and manage project deliverables effectively.

Team Dynamics :

Work closely with leadership to take on operational tasks, allowing leaders to focus on strategic initiatives

Portfolio Details :

• The portfolio encompasses credit and fraud with 66 projects, aiming to deliver 26 this year
• Projects span across 30 different teams, with no direct control over each
• Support high-profile projects by providing comprehensive documentation and use case mapping

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role.

We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs.

This range may be modified in the future.

Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
