Far Rockaway Center is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN)Supervisor to work Overnight in FarRockaway NY.
Duties :
- Complete resident care requirements by scheduling and assigningnursing staff
- Establish a compassionateenvironment by providing support to residents & families
- Provide information to residents & staffby answering questions and requests
- Maintaina safe & clean working environment by implementing rules ®ulations
- Ensure resident confidence bymonitoring confidential information processing
- Manage documentation of resident care services
- Promote a cooperative relationship amonghealth care teams
Requirements :
- Must hold valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 3 years LongTerm Care experiencerequired
- Should be a strong and positiveTeam Director for all members of the staff
- Familiar with EHR and Prescribing programs
- Excellent communication skills
- Basiccomputer skills
