Job Summary :
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and expanding client relationships to drive revenue growth and ensure client satisfaction.
You will serve as the primary point of contact for key clients leveraging your strong relationship management skills and industry knowledge to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Responsibilities :
- Manage a portfolio of key client accounts in the legal industry, building and maintaining strong relationships with client stakeholders.
- Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and needs, and provide strategic guidance and solutions that align with their goals.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure effective delivery of solutions and maximize client success.
- Conduct regular meetings, business reviews, and MCLE presentations with clients to assess satisfaction levels, address concerns, and identify opportunities for value-added services.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and client feedback to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Track and analyze key account metrics, such as revenue growth, client retention, and customer satisfaction, and take proactive measures to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, activities, and opportunities in the Customer Relationship Management System (CRM).
- Represent Litili at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to enhance brand awareness and build relationships.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting / exceeding monthly quota.
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or a similar client-facing role.
- Understanding of the legal industry, including law firms, legal departments, and legal technology trends.
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strategic mindset and the ability to understand clients' business objectives and provide tailored solutions.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
