Responsibilities / JobDuties / JobDescription / Qualifications :

Asan IAM development engineer contribute during design configurationdeployment and operation in the areas of Identity and AccessManagement (IAM).

This includes access management identitygovernance and administration and privileged access managementsolutions. This position is expected to have handson experienceworking with business and internal customers to develop and deploycomplex solutions.

Expectations also include a deep understandingof IAM technologies to support operations teams with debugging andproblem resolution mitigate risks improve automation and delivermodern access managementsolutions.

• Delivermodern access management integrations for B2B B2C and B2Ecustomers.
• Assistin the training of operations staff on systemapplications.
• Performhands on development for onboarding new applications into the IAMplatform and provide support to operations team for implementedsolutions.
• Createand maintain guidance documents as needed for integration with IAMplatform and other IAMservices.
• Interactwith the user community to solve problems augment the systemfunctionality and improve the userinterface.
• Solveor recommend solutions for complex issues andproblems.
• Developprogram logic for new applications or analyze and modifies logic inexistingapplications.
• Createand maintain technical documentation such as operating proceduresdesign documents operational drawings manualsetc.
• Updateand research recommendations for product and systemimprovements.
• Developand implement enhancements to meet the needs of thebusiness.
• Estimateto high level business requirements and provide optionsanalysis.
• Evaluatesystems and provide solutions to onboard complex applications tothe IAMplatform.
• Writecode complete programming and perform testing and debugging ofapplications.
• Abilityto instruct and guide less senior softwaredevelopers / analysts.
• Handleproject and task management and reporting asnecessary.
• Engagewith business / stakeholder as required to refine / clarify businessrequirements andfeedback.
• Maintainan understanding of key business unit initiatives to provideeffective identity services solutions andguidance.
• Provideexpert advice and assistance relating to all aspects of identitywhile communicating concepts of IAM to a broad range of audiencesinside and outside of theteam.
• Makepresentations to management clients and peer groups asrequested.

• Experiencein working on multiple identity management platforms (B2E B2C andB2B) providing application integration and platform configurationsand operationalsupport.
• Experiencein design and implementing user lifecycleworkflows.
• Experiencewith IGA applicationintegrations.
• Knowledgeablein APIs and experience developing with APIs for applicationonboarding and provisioning ofroles.
• Planand executing the transition of services and applications from alegacy system to a modernized infrastructure to improve businessprocesses andefficiency.
• Experiencein integrating developing or administering identity and accessmanagement security solutions in a largeorganization.
• Experienceintegrating user account management across industry standard OSplatforms.
• Strongdevelopment experience developing solutions using moderndevelopment language (preferably Java / J2EE PowerShell JavaScriptetc.)
• Advancedknowledge of Active Directory Microsoft Entra ID LDAP or otherdirectorysystems
• Knowledgeof federation and SSO technologies such as SAML OpenID ConnectOAuth ADFS or MultifactorAuthentication
• Experiencewith Web Services SCIM ODBC and other supportedconnectors.
• Knowledgeablein networking infrastructure and serverconfigurations.

ValueaddedSkills(IGA)

• Handson experience developing / configuring access managementsolutions.
• Advancedexperience with automating user provisioning and reporting usingindustry standard platforms and programming languages (PowerShellPython Ansible Terraformetc.).
• Advancedexperience / knowledge of IAM principals and bestpractices.
• Understandingof authentication and authorization tokens (SAML assertions OAuthclaims grants and scopesetc.)
• TechnicalExperience in the following : Microsoft IAM Oracle IAM SailPoint IAMIdP AD LDAP Saviynt RSA Single SignOn OAuth SAML DNS GCP and AzureAD (EntraID).
• Understandingof one or more control frameworks such as NIST HIPAAHITECH SSAE 16PCI HITRUST ISO 27001 etc. Solid understanding of SOX SOC and otherregulations related to Identity and Access Management includingGDPR.
• Experiencewith relational Databases such as MySQL Oracle Microsoft SQLServer
• Familiarwith healthcare privacy or financial compliance regulations and ITand security frameworks andstandards.
• OSCPSANS / GIAC CISSP or similar professional certifications is aplus.

Knowledgeable in networking infrastructure and serverconfigurations. Value-added Skills (IGA) Hands on experiencedeveloping / configuring access management solutions.

Advancedexperience with automating user provisioning and reporting usingindustry standard platforms and programming languages (PowerShell,Python, Ansible, Terraform, etc.

Advanced experience / knowledge ofIAM principals and best practices. Understanding of authenticationand authorization tokens (SAML assertions, OAuth claims, grants,and scopes, etc.

Technical Experience in the following : MicrosoftIAM, Oracle IAM, SailPoint IAM, IdP, AD, LDAP, Saviynt, RSA, SingleSign-On, OAuth, SAML, DNS, GCP, and Azure AD (Entra ID).

Understanding of one or more control frameworks such as NIST,HIPAA-HITECH, SSAE 16, PCI, HITRUST, ISO 27001, etc. Solidunderstanding of SOX, SOC, and other regulations related toIdentity and Access Management including GDPR.
