Sr. Management Consultant

Graham Technologies (GTECH) is actively seeking a senior Management Consultant. This pivotal role will serve as the primary point of contact for Network interactions with the office and will support and manage the needs of the Military Treatment Facility Directorate (MTFD).

This Consultant will play a crucial part in managing daily operations, ensuring effective communication with the MTFD Chief, and overseeing the Contractor team to execute various activities.

Responsibilities :

• Primary Point of Contact :
• Serve as the main liaison for Network interactions with the MTFD office.

Daily Operations Management :

• Support and assist in managing and supporting daily operations within the office.
• Communicate effectively with the MTFD Chief to ensure alignment and smooth operation.

Team Oversight :

• Provide oversight of the Contractor team supporting MTFD.
• Ensure the Contractor team executes activities efficiently and effectively.

Education and Training Support :

• Advise and support MTF education and training requirements.
• Oversee data collection related to education and training.

Communication and Coordination :

• Facilitate clear and consistent communication between the MTFD Chief, the Contractor team, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure all relevant information is accurately conveyed and documented.

Program Management :

• Utilize program management skills to support MTFD's strategic goals and operational requirements.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Qualifications :

• Must be a US Citizen with the ability to pass a government background check.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• 10-15 years of experience as a management consultant.
• Proven program management experience.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to oversee and manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in data collection and analysis.
• Ability to advise on and support education and training requirements.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Master's Degree in a related field
• Experience in military or healthcare environments.
• PMP certification or similar.
