Registered Nurse - Operating Room Specialist

Work Schedule : Flexible Shifts (10- & 12-Hour Shifts)
Compensation :
- Base Salary : $80,000 - $151,000 annually
- Sign-On Bonus : $20,000 for qualified hires, plus comprehensive relocation support

Key Responsibilities :
- Clinical Practice : Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate surgical patient care. Develop and continually refine patient care plans.

- Education : Foster a learning environment for patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Safety and Quality : Uphold the highest standards of safety and quality in all nursing procedures.
