Location : Armonk, NY
Duration : 3-6 Months
Job Description :
Candidate would need to be available on site 5 days a week to both provide IT Support and to manage a device locker and vending machine.
Asset management is also a part of the role. They would provide IT Support onsite via a by appointment system. During downtimes they would support global IT Support operations via chat.
- Scope of Work Provide IT Support&
- Windows MacOS are key skills, Red Hat Linux a plus.
- Microsoft Office Suite, Cloud storage applications like Box and OneDrive, Adobe applications.
- Support mobile devices both iOS and Android.
- Familiarity with endpoint administration tools such as Microsoft& Entra& and Jamf.
- ServiceNow ticket process.
