Automation Mechanical Technician
Join our team at our facility located in Kent, WA, 98032 as an Automation Mechanical Technician. We are seeking a skilled individual with expertise in PLC troubleshooting, electrical schematics, and troubleshooting industrial automation equipment.
This is a night shift position 7pm-7am.
Overview :
- Diagnose and repair issues with industrial automation equipment
- Work with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and servo motors
- Ensure smooth operation of automated systems
Responsibilities :
Perform troubleshooting and maintenance on industrial automation equipment
- Read and interpret electrical schematics to diagnose issues- Utilize PLC troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve problems- Configure, troubleshoot and repair mechanical assemblies- Identify systems of improper mechanical adjustments- Work with servo motors to ensure proper functioning
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize automation processes
Qualifications :
Experience with Electrical Schematics
- Experience in PLC Troubleshooting
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot industrial automation equipment
- Familiarity with Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) systems
- Knowledge of Servo Motors and their applications
- Ability to work in a high paced production environment
