Hire Resolve is currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil / Water Design Engineer to join our client's team. As a Senior Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and managing civil and water engineering projects from concept to completion.
Responsibilities :
- Preparation of plans and specifications, cost estimates, and feasibility studies, and to
- Provide engineering support during project construction. The senior civil / water
- Design engineer will coordinate internal and external resources, including
- subconsultants, for the completion of projects within budget and on schedule.
- The senior civil / water design engineer will also interact with clients, and regulatory and permitting agencies
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college;
- Registration as a Professional Engineer, registration in California is a plus :
- At least 10 years of progressive, broad experience in design of civil and water resources projects, including reservoirs, pump stations, pipelines, groundwater treatment systems, and disinfection systems;
- Good verbal and written communication skills;
- Ability to analyze and solve complex problems
- Ability to work independently or as part of a project team;
- A valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record for at least two years
