Bill Rate : FOR LCSW : $90 for Travel / $75 for Local *50 mile radius rule FOR MSW : $80 for Travel / $70 for Local *50 mile radius rule>

CERTS required MSW or LCSW and BLS >

Job Description : Provides masters level clinical social work with goal of restoring patients / families to optimum health and social adjustment, while facilitating a positive impact on the hospital. >

Education : Master's Degree Social >

Work Required Experience : 3 years Healthcare - Social Service / Preferred : 3 years Healthcare - Acute Care Preferred >

Certifications / Licensures : CPR / Heart Saver - American Heart Association Required or BLS Basic Life Support - American Heart Association Required >

Skills : Demonstrated clinical skills with health related issues. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Effectively motivates teams. >
