Job Overview :
As a Business Process Engineer, you will analyze, re-engineer, and improve business processes to optimize efficiency and enhance customer experience.
You will use methodologies like Lean, Process Mapping, and Process Mining to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
Responsibilities :
- Analyze existing business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop process improvement plans and re-engineer workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement and monitor the success of process changes and their impact on customer experience.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to map out and document new processes.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in business process re-engineering.
- Proficiency in process improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
