As a Customer Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers over the phone or through chat / email.

Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customer inquiries
- Assist customers with product setup, configuration, and usage
- Resolve customer issues by identifying and explaining solutions
- Document customer interactions and solutions in the system
- Collaborate with team members to ensure prompt and accurate customer service
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service or technical support role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent
