Agilent’s Service and Support Sales team is committed to excellence in service and innovation in the lab services industry.
We are currently seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Service Sales Representative to join our BioM specialty team. You will be responsible for selling laboratory service products to customers with Acea, Bioanalytics, BioTek, Genomics and Seashorse instrumentation.
You will own a team quota of $50M annually. This role is perfect for a driven individual who is adept at working both independently and collaboratively with a team to meet and exceed objectives.

Key Responsibilities :
Responsible for selling services to end-user customers in assigned accounts primarily through inbound and outbound telephone sales activities with occasional on-site visits.
Ability to work as an individual while maintaining a team-focused approach will be a key driver to success. This role works within a matrix organizational structure and frequently collaborates internally with other sales teams, service delivery, operations and marketing.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals and follow-up.
Provide exceptional customer service and support, handling any roadblocks that customers may face.
Work closely with the internal team to develop strategies and meet sales targets.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results and drive team success.
Represents the company to the customer and the customer to the company in all sales-oriented activities.
Carries team and / or individual quota targets.
Qualifications
Bachelors, Masters, or other or equivalent in science and / or business field highly preferred; may consider applicants with an equivalent combination of education, training, and validated experience
1+ years experience as a sales representative or relevant role
Ability to translate the value proposition of service as a financial and operational benefit to meet customer needs
Strong business development, sales negotiating, and sales closing skills
Must have excellent communication (written and verbal) and partnership skills
Excellent presentation, planning, and interpersonal skills
High-level knowledge of instrument support services business
Confirmed successful project management experience
Leadership and extraordinary teammate within a cross-functional global matrix environment
Strong understanding of analytical instrumentation preferred
Able to interface comfortably at high levels within the customer management structure
Must be available for up to 30% business travel

It is sales incentive eligible.The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $ - $ plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits.
Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
