Salary Range :

  • $95,000 - $112,000
  • Job Summary :

    The Senior Marketing Analyst plays a critical role in driving brand growth through data-driven insights. Reporting to the Base Business Brand Manager, this role is responsible for monitoring consumption, shipments, and promotional performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. The analyst translates complex data into actionable recommendations that shape base business strategies and fuel shopper marketing initiatives.

    In addition to driving insights, this role supports shopper marketing efforts, developing and executing in-store and national programs that strengthen brand presence and accelerate sales. Acting as a strategic partner to both brand and sales teams, the analyst ensures that shopper marketing plans are insight-led, results-oriented, and aligned with broader business objectives.

    Responsibilities :

  • Analyze consumption, velocity, market share, and pricing across multiple retail channels.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track brand and SKU-level performance.
  • Supports national shopper tactics like couponing, sampling, and budgeting
  • Assess the effectiveness of shopper marketing campaigns and overall brand investments.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Growth Management (RGM), Sales, and Brand teams to support retail strategy and planning.
  • Provide insights to guide new SKU development, including whitespace analysis, pack size trends, pricing strategies, and channel-specific opportunities to expand the base business.
  • Professional Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing analytics, CPG, or retail strategy.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate data into strategic insights.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Physical Requirements

    Work is performed inside a temperature-controlled office building with an open floor plan. This job operates in a professional office environment with a business casual dress code. This role will routinely utilize standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and other office machines. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
