PFM Auto & Fleet - South , a full-service auto-repair shop serving the local and surrounding Indianapolis communities, is looking for a solid Automotive Service Advisor / Service Writer with a great attitude who takes pride in their work to deliver exceptional customer service to both our existing and our growing customers.

In this role, you are expect to create a pleasant and memorable experience at every point of contact for the customer, while working with a great group of highly motivated and dedicated teammates.

PFM Auto & Fleet - South located at 1402 W Hanna Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46217 is currently looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor / Service Writer on 2nd shift that strives to build a lasting relationship with each customer based on trust, who is willing to grow with our team while being appreciated, respected and well-compensated for your knowledge and skills.

Requirements :

• Willing to commit to building the customer experience and a shop reputation for honesty, transparency, and outstanding work.
• MUST HAVE at least 1 or more years’ Service Writer / Advisor experience or other experience that closely matches the Service Advisor responsibilities.
• Develops a great working relationship with the Technicians that is founded on respect.
• Strong customer service skills.
• MUST HAVE 1 or more years’ experience in a sales role or demonstrates an ability to sell and lead.

Salary Description :

$17 - $24.50 per hour plus monthly incentives.
