Our Ads Measurement PMM team covers Attribution, Incrementality and 3rd party integrations. We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager who will be responsible for setting the go-to-market strategy and partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders in product management, marketing science and business marketing to assess key gaps and develop the strategic direction for our performance measurement solutions.

You will use your experience and marketing knowledge working with measurement products to develop the strategy, bring together cross-functional stakeholders to execute on their plans, and align with senior product leadership around those plans.

You understand measurement industry trends, the competitive landscape, and have experience applying those to positively influence advertisers, agencies, and other cross-functional partners.

Key Responsibilities : Owner of 1-2 brand measurement solutions in TikTok's solution suite with a strong understanding of auction ads capabilities.

Define go-to-market strategy for TikTok's brand Measurement products.Develop thought leadership around key product launches in response to industry developments partnering closely with the Global Business Marketing team.

Develop programs that enable uptake of attribution solutions, identify blockers to implementation and work cross-functionally to resolve these.

Partner closely with the Sales and Marketing Science teams to understand user pain points and prioritize solutions to influence product development.

Communicate the value proposition of new performance measurement products to all stakeholders and ensure effective collateral is created.

Qualifications : BA / BS degree or above.3+ years of product marketing or product management experience with digital ad products.

5+ years of experience in the digital advertising industry in a measurement capacity.Strong knowledge of measurement solutions (Brand Lift Study, Sales Lift, MMM, advertising effectiveness solutions).

Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills.A fast learner with a good sense of judgment and original thinking.

Ad Attribution experience with a technology company, media agency, consulting firm preferred.

Job Information : The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $128000 - $244888 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
