About the role

We are looking for a driven and results oriented individual to deliver WOW service across the Global Synthetics products, provide solution-based calls and deliver growth.

You will be the first point of contact for customers and deliver WOW service via phone and email.Your proven strong communication, time management and organisational skills will ensure you build strong working relationships with customers to ensure return of business.

In this varied role, your responsibilities will include :

• Delivering WOW service to make life easier for construction contractors
• Be one touch resolution for customer enquiries
• Answering 65+ customer calls a day (inbound & outbound)
• Make outgoing sales calls to existing customers identifying areas for sales growth
• Upsell and cross sell on all orders
• Entering orders & provide quotes
• Accurate order entry

Skills and experience

The successful applicant will have :

• Administration / customer service experience inbound & outbound calls
• Comfortable cross-selling & up-selling
• Previous experience in the civil construction industry supply industry is highly regarded
• Intermediate level Microsoft Office Suite

To be successful, candidates must hold Australian citizenship or permanent residency, or the appropriate working visa.

The successful applicant will be required to complete a Police Check.
