Position Summary :
The Director of People and Culture will be responsible for driving HR initiatives that support the overall business strategy, implementing effective HR programs, and guiding the organization through change management processes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Align HR strategies with business objectives
- Deliver cost-effective and timely HR programs and services
- Provide insights on organizational development and change management
- Support performance review processes, career development planning, and performance management
- Act as an HR consultant to the leadership team as needed
- Execute strategies to enhance employee engagement and transform company culture
- Implement programs that promote employee well-being
- Oversee recruitment and talent retention strategies
- Develop and implement performance management systems for continuous improvement
- Lead workforce planning and talent management processes to boost organizational effectiveness
- Manage change management initiatives during periods of significant growth
- Collaborate with various departments to align HR initiatives with broader organizational goals
- Oversee the People department budget and resource allocation
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold high ethical standards in all HR matters
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Administration (preferred)
- 7-10 years of experience in HR leadership, with a strong focus on people and culture
- Strong knowledge of labor and employment laws
- Comprehensive understanding of HR policies and practices; global HR experience is a plus
- Proven ability to develop, mentor, and lead an HR team
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing business demands
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
