At New Reach Education, we’re looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
If you have a knack for creating compelling content and a passion for social media trends, this role is perfect for you!
Position Expectations :
- Create, edit, and manage engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Develop and execute innovative social media strategies that align with our brand and goals.
- Research current trends to keep our social media channels fresh and relevant.
- Manage and grow our online community, ensuring positive and active engagement.
- Build and optimize automations for our social media channels.
- Direct messaging and community management to foster relationships and drive engagement.
- Use scheduling platforms, such as Sprout Social, to schedule and organize content across all platforms.
- Report to the Director of Social Media, providing updates on content performance and strategy effectiveness.
- Measure performance based on content quality, engagement metrics, and lead / sales generation.
Position Requirements :
- 2-3 years of professional experience in social media management.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms : Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Proficiency in video editing using platforms such as Premiere Pro.
- Experience with social media scheduling tools, preferably Sprout Social.
- Proven ability to develop strategies and create content that drives engagement and achieves business goals.
- Excellent research skills to stay updated with social media trends and market insights.
- Strong communication skills for effective direct messaging and community engagement.
- Technical skills to build and manage social media automations.
