Required Qualifications :
- At least 1 year of Plaintiff's side civil litigation experience within NJ.
- Experience in handling matters from intake to pre-trial posture within NJ State Courts.
- Experience in litigating within NJ State Court.
- Experience with taking and defending depositions.
- Experience in drafting and responding to discovery.
- Experience in motion practice.
- Experience in preparation of pleadings.
- Experience in client contact.
- Admitted to NJ BAR.
- Admission to NY Bar.
- Any additional bar admission is a plus
