A company is looking for a Customer Service RMA Specialist to manage the RMA process and ensure customer satisfaction through efficient handling of returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Key ResponsibilitiesProcess, monitor, and manage all customer return requests (RMAs) according to company policiesRespond to customer inquiries about RMA requests via phone, email, and live chatCollaborate with internal departments to address and resolve RMA issues efficientlyRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED1+ years of experience in customer serviceRMA processing experience preferredProficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar)Knowledge of inventory management systems is a plus
