Key Responsibilities :
- Engage proactively with and nurture leads from our robust inbound lead system.
- Plan and conduct home showings and property inspections.
- Provide advice and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property at the best possible price and terms.
- Maintain and update listings of available properties.
- Build networks and collaborate with attorneys, mortgage lenders, and contractors.
- Stay informed about the latest in real estate markets and best practices.
Requirements :
- Ability to work independently with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Quick decision-making ability and the capacity to manage high-pressure situations.
- Real estate agent’s or broker’s license / In the process of obtaining one.
