About The Position
Weekly Pay Range - $1129 To $1255 Job Title : Physical Therapy Assistant Job Specialty : Rehabilitation Therapy Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Monday - Friday, Days Guaranteed Hours : 32 hours per week Experience : New graduates are welcome;
SNF experience preferred License : State License Required Certifications : None specified Must-Have : Completion of prescreen, resume, and license verification upon submission- Covid test 72 hours prior to the start date with results issued 48 hours prior- Compliance with credentialing checklist Job Description : Assist in providing physical therapy treatments and procedures under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
- Implement exercises and physical activities as directed by the physical therapist.- Monitor patient progress and report observations to the physical therapist.
- Maintain accurate and updated patient records and documentation.- Follow safety procedures and use equipment safely.- Participate in patient education programs to enhance patient outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure excellent patient care.- Manage time efficiently to accommodate patient schedules and needs.
Credentialing Checklist : State license verification- Resume- Three references- County criminal check (7 years for all counties lived and worked)- Federal criminal check (7 years or more)- Multi-state criminal search (7 years or more)- Nationwide sex offender search (7 years or more)- HHS / OIG search- GSA search- Social Security Number trace- 2-step PPD or Quantiferon or proof of positive PPD and chest x-ray- SAM search
