We are looking for a Lead Residential HVAC Service Installer to join our team!
Responsibilities :
- Diagnose and repair residential heating and air conditioning systems
- Run complete safety inspections of all systems and write-up owner / office field reports
- Perform routine preventative maintenance
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests (rotating on-call schedule)
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
- Quote and sell service agreements (commission based)
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in HVAC service and repairs, 5 years minimum (hands on)
- Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams and diagnostics tools / instruments
- Strong communication skills
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Must be a resident of Massachusetts or Rhode Island presently, or in the near future
- Must have a good driving record and references
