We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Director of Technology Asset Management & Integration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all technology assets within our organization. Your central goal is to ensure that our technology assets are used efficiently and effectively, while integrating new technologies that will drive our company forward. You will be tasked with managing our company's technology operations and the implementation of new IT systems and policies. If you have a solid technical background while able to manage and motivate people, we would like to meet you.

Responsibilities :

1. Develop and implement IT policy and best practice guides for the organization.

2. Design strategy and set goals for growth.

3. Control budget and report on expenditure.

4. Assist in building relationships with vendors and creating cost-efficient contracts.

5. Oversee the management of all hardware and software assets.

6. Ensure efficient and effective technical customer service support.

7. Maintain a current understanding of technology industry and market trends.

8. Manage and coordinate all IT-related matters including data, wireless communications, mobile technology, telephony, security, and computer hardware and software.

9. Implement effective asset tagging and management system to ensure proper tracking and accountability of all technology assets.

10. Ensure technology integration is done seamlessly, without causing operational disruptions.

11. Coordinate with the team to identify and manage risks associated with technology assets.

12. Regularly evaluate the company's technology assets to ensure they are not obsolete and are used efficiently.

13. Develop and implement disaster recovery protocols.

Qualifications :

1. Proven experience as a Director of IT or similar role.

2. Experience in analysis, implementation and evaluation of IT systems and their specifications.

3. Sound understanding of computer systems (hardware / software), networks etc.

4. Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

5. Outstanding communication abilities.

6. BSc / BA in computer science, engineering or relevant field; MSc / MA will be a plus.

7. Proven experience in IT asset management and technology integration.

8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

9. Excellent project management skills.

10. Ability to manage and lead a team.

11. Experience in controlling information technology budget.

12. In-depth understanding of data administration and management processes.

13. Must have 5+ years of experience in Identity Management.

14. Excellent knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure.

15. Strong understanding of project management principles.
