Sr Manager Accounts Receivable

Qualification
- A professional qualification in accounting or management with 12+ years of experience in Account Receivable function.
- At least 5+ years of people management experience in Accounts Receivable or related function with a similar company.
- Independently handle & be responsible for the team and accountable for a team day responsibilities
- Deep understanding of cash collection, cash application and accounting for AR function
Key Responsibilities :
- Hands on experience with application of US GAAP accounting principles (related to AR)
- Proficient in summarizing the AR transactions and driving discussions with senior executives
- Accountable for Accounts Receivable team’s day to day responsibilities at the Shared
- Service Center(s) in the areas of Cash Collections, Cash Applications, RMA, AR Support, AR
- Accounting, Credit Reviews and other strategic projects.
- Act as a site leader for Accounts Receivable function
- Collaborate with Global Process Owners for process / policy change and / or system enhancements
- Act as the point of contact for any internal critical issues or process exceptions
- Talent management through hiring, training, mentoring and engage in professional development discussions
- Compliance to internal policy and SOX for all transactions processed in Accounts Receivable function
- Manage escalation from internal and external stake holders
- Support the team during systems change and / or implementation
- Capable of facilitating resolutions to issues related to cross functional operations
- Drive month close process and manage executive reporting of AR metrices
- Exercises discernment within defined procedures and practices to resolve appropriate action

For US based candidates, the annual pay range (OTE for commissioned roles; Salary for other roles) for this position is : $105,000 - $252,000.
The actual offer will be based on the role, location, and individual candidate experience. Bonus, commission, and / or equity may be eligible for this position.
