A Bridge to Achievement is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) for our Winston-Salem, NC region. We are looking for a BCBA who is passionate about providing ethical, assent-based, evidence-based interventions to autistic children and autistic young adults (ages 2 to 21 years).

The BCBA assesses, designs, and oversees ABA services under the supervision of our Licensed Psychological Associate (LPA).

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) plays a crucial role in the assessment, design, and oversight of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for their assigned caseload.

This position assists in the development and maintenance of individualized person-centered plans, supervising and training Behavior Technicians and trainees, implementing Behavior Plans, and ensuring the safety and progress of the participants.

Essential Functions : Ensure the safety and well-being of participants in all settingsServes as the point of contact for communicating with guardians, responsible adults, case managers, behavior technicians, etc.

Oversees the implementation of individualized Applied Behavior Analysis treatment plans that target skill deficits in the areas of social, play, communication, safety, and self-help, among othersCollects, compiles, and graphs data using EMR software;

makes data-based decisions regarding learner programs. Requirements Minimum Qualifications : Master's or doctoral degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Organizational Psychology, or a related field required Holds and maintains NC (and other relevant) behavior analyst licensure per the licensing board(s) requirements.
