Responsable QSE
Grafton Recruitment, spécialiste de l’intérim et du recrutement de profils juniors à professionnels confirmés, recherche pour son client entreprise familiale spécialisée dans la fabrication de levain un Responsable QSE H / F dans le cadre de sa croissance.
Rattaché au directeur , vous aurez pour mission de :
- Gérer l’équipe Qualité (SMSDA et SME)
- Gérer les réclamations clients et fournisseurs
- Gérer la documentation interne
- Etre Responsable des certifications ISO 14001 et ISO 45001 et suivre leur veille réglementaire
- Suivi des indicateurs définis lors la Revue de Direction
- Gestion de la Revue de Direction (ordre du jour, compte rendu, planification, )
- Contacts avec les autorités extérieures (DSV, Préfecture, DDPP) et vérification du bon respect de la réglementation (étiquetage, utilisation, )
- Gestion des crises
- Gestion des cahiers de charges clients et fournisseurs
- Participation à la résolution de problèmes, de la mise en place d’actions correctives, préventives et proposition d’actions d’amélioration (matériel, investissement, )
- Responsable de l’étude de danger Sécurité Alimentaire et Environnementale
- Responsable du personnel qualité
- Concevoir et négocier la politique QSE avec sa Direction
- Elaborer un schéma directeur prenant en compte les objectifs de la direction générale en matière de développement durable, les demandes des clients, les réglementations et les contraintes de l'entreprise
- Assurer une veille technologique et concurrentielle en matière de QSE
- Intégrer les différents référentiels dans un système de management intégré en interprétant les normes applicables
Vous êtes issu d'une formation ingénieur ou Master professionnel dans le domaine de la qualité ou de la gestion industrielle.
Vous bénéficiez d'une expérience de minimum 5 ans dans le domaine de la QSE.
Bonne connaissances techniques sur l’ensemble des procédés et produit de l’entreprise.
Bonne connaissance des réglementations et des Normes ISO 9001 et ISO 14001 .
Vous êtes reconnue pour votre capacité d’adaptation, notamment en termes de management d'équipes et de gestion des conflits.
Anglais courant ou bilingue est exigé.
Une connaissance du milieu Agroalimentaire est appréciée .
