Experience Associate Doll Hair Salon Seasonal Part Time

Job Description

The Opportunity : The Experience Associate (Doll Hair Stylist) is located at the AG Retail Los Angeles location and reports directly to the Experience Manager.

This position is responsible for delivering friendly and informative salon services, as well as the flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.

What Your Impact Will Be :

Approach, acknowledge, and assist customers promptly.

Execute styles for dolls successfully according to company standards and demonstrate proper doll hair care and doll skin care techniques.

Perform ear piercing services for girls and dolls.

Training and certification will be provided to perform ear piercing services. Trained associates will follow ear piercing procedure checklist, complete waivers, and review After Care procedures with guests.

Conduct inventory of salon supplies and stock salon area and communicate replenishment needs when needed.

Participate in Salon events including Doll Hair and Manicure Day events, hair demos, and private birthday parties.

Assist in other areas of the store as needed.

Share product knowledge, answer questions, and suggestive upsell other Salon services and complementary products.

Share information on store events, promotions, and activities with customers.

Collaborate with co-workers to create a positive work environment and assist in training new associates.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For :

Must be willing to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, nights, and weekends.

Must be willing to perform girl ear piercing services.

Sales experience in the specialty retail or service industry preferred.

Experience styling hair, especially for dolls, preferred.

Experience working with children preferred.

Hourly :

The base hourly rate for this position is between $17.28 and $19.00.

This range is indicative of projected hiring range, however base hourly rate will be determined based on a candidate’s work location, skills and experience.
