Benefits :

You Must :
- Speak, write, and comprehend English AND pass our test that assesses those skills
- Have a valid Driver’s license (not a permit)
- Possess active auto insurance
- Be able to work at least 3 weekdays every week for 5-6 hours between 8 : 00 AM and 4 : 00 PM
Essential Functions :
- Deliver exceptional care to clients in their homes in Savage and nearby cities such as Prior Lake, Shakopee, and Burnsville.
- Complete all activities of daily living in a safe and professional manner
- Supply companionship, remaining actively engaged with each client and their family
- Assist with care activities to include personal hygiene, mobility assistance, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding and meal preparation, and transportation
- Perform administrative functions such as documentation of completion of tasks and reporting changes in the client’s physical condition, mental capability, or behavior
