Salary Range : $34.65 - $35.69
The Colorectal Surgery and Urology Unit at the Albany Medical Center is seeking a Clinical Nurse II to join their team. This unit consists of 22 semi-private rooms and focuses on post-surgical care for patients who have undergone colorectal and urologic surgery.
The ideal candidate will have a strong nursing background and be dedicated to providing compassionate patient care and working collaboratively with the nursing team.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
- Implement physician orders, administer medications, and perform treatments
- Assess and evaluate patient needs and responses to care
- Collaborate with the nursing team to create a Plan of Care for all patients
- Direct and guide ancillary personnel and maintain standards of professional nursing
Minimum Qualifications :
- Graduate of a professional academic nursing program
- Current NYS Registered Nurse license
- Certification in BLS / ACLS / PALS / TNCC
- Commitment to continuing education for job performance improvement
