Job Description
- Assist the Office of Admissions with assembling information packets, and preparing admissions materials and mailings (15 hours).
- Assist at the welcome desk.
- Assist with inventory management of admissions collateral materials.
- Data entry of new prospects and applications.
- Process admission materials.
- Answer Admissions general phone line and emails.
- Assist with events (2-4 hours).
- Provide campus tours for prospective students (1-2 hours).
- Serve as a student panelist at admissions events (2 hours).
- Perform other duties as assigned (2 hours).
Qualifications
Computer skills such as Word, Excel and Web browsers.
