JOB DESCRIPTION Compensation : $15 per hour
Our client is a leader in the manufacturing and distribution of fresh and healthy refrigerated meals that are provided to clients with a variety of health conditions.
We are looking for Production Line Workers to join our team immediately at our beautiful facility in North Jackson, OH. In this role, you will be responsible for plating a portion of each customers order as it passes on a conveyor line in a safe and efficient manner.
This position is fast paced and is in a refrigerated environment for the entirety of the shift. Apply today for immediate consideration.
Pay & Benefits :
- 1st shift : 5 : 30-4pm Monday - Thursday
- $15 / hour
- $0.50 raise 90 days after probationary period ends
- $ referral bonus for each person you refer that works for 30 days (unlimited bonus opportunity)
- After completion of a 45 day probationary period, employees will be eligible for additional wage increases, health benefits, PTO, paid holidays, company provided boots and more
Job Duties & Requirements :
- Prepare, Cook, and / or Plate a portion of orders as they pass on the line
- Keep with the pace of the surrounding environment
- Produce a quality work output on a consistent basis
- Adhere to strict safety, quality, and production standards including food sanitation (GMP) guidelines; this means no piercings, makeup, nail polish, false lashes, etc.
- Work is done inside a kitchen environment that is free from outside weather conditions but maintains a temperature between 34-40 degrees
- Must be able to stand for a full shift and be able to twist, bend, etc.
- Previous experience in a food processing facility is a plus but not required
