Governance and Experience team of e-commerce are responsible for ensuring the safety and trustworth of the marketplace for not only our users, but also sellers and creators.
We value our users' satisfaction by working on policies, rules and systems to ensure the quality. We are looking for an algorithm technical manager who is obsessed with customer experience and passionate about building systems to detect various risks that can sabotage platform trust.

Online Assessment

Responsibilities :
- Direct Impact : Play a pivotal role in designing algorithms that detect and mitigate risks across content, products, sellers, and creators.
- Collaborative Efforts : Work hand in hand with strategy, product management, policy, and operations teams to shape products and initiatives from an engineering lens.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field. Recent graduates are highly encouraged to apply!
- Graduate with a background in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline;
- Must obtain work authorization in country of employment at the time of hire, and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment.
- An understanding or keen interest in machine learning, NLP, or computer vision.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as C++, Python, Go, or Java.
Preferred Qualifications
- Interest or experience in anti-fraud, anti-spam, platform-integrity, or similar fields would be a cherry on top.
- A profound sense of responsibility, coupled with exceptional communication and teamwork skills
