A company is looking for an Associate Director of Business Development Operations to lead and optimize business processes and operational strategies.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport Business Development throughout the sales lifecycle and in building compelling study proposalsCoordinate internal cross-functional teams to develop patient-centered global strategiesOversee and manage key projects related to business operations, ensuring timely completion and alignment with service level agreementsRequired QualificationsBachelor's and / or Master's Degree with 5+ years of related experience or equivalent education and experienceTraining and functional experience in clinical research, particularly in trial protocol evaluation and proposal managementDepth of experience in clinical trials, patient recruitment, and clinical trial supporting technologyStrong cross-functional leadership experience with a track record of delivering innovative clinical trial solutionsExperience in developing departmental business processes and performance measures
