A company is looking for a Lead Customer Service Representative.Key Responsibilities : Monitor and oversee customer service department queue management to ensure compliance with client SLAsTrain and mentor team members, provide feedback on performance, and assist in resolving inquiriesAssist in ensuring staff meet or exceed productivity metrics and participate in ad hoc projectsRequired Qualifications : Associates degree and / or 4-5 years of experience in customer serviceKnowledge of general computer software (Excel and MS Word)Proven ability to work well individually and with a teamAbility to prioritize and organize multiple tasksAbility to work in excess of 40 hours in a week
